About Us:
Nestled amidst serene gardens near the marina, Uniting Caroona Yamba comprises 5 distinct households, including a secure Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia, each with between 15 and 22 residents. Our Uniting Household Model of Care empowers our residential care teams with the freedom to support our residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Registered Nurse at Uniting, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a thriving community and ensuring a meaningful life for our residents.
- Implementing our Uniting Household Model to deliver personalised care plans.
- Leading clinical services and collaborating with healthcare professionals and families.
- Supervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers to deliver holistic care.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurses with experience in aged or community care, or a passion to transition into aged care.
- Adaptable, empathetic professionals who embody our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
- Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice with current AHPRA registration.
