Harcourt Medical Centre is looking for a dynamic Practice nurse to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of Practice nurse services, including chronic disease management and treatment room care.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of the nursing and multidisciplinary team providing high standards of care to our patients
- Treatment room duties
- Chronic disease management (COPD asthma or diabetes)
- Administration of routine childhood, adult and travel immunisations
- Cervical screening
Experience
Essential
- Min 1 year experience working in a nursing team
Desirable
- Experience working in a GP surgery.
Qualifications

- NMC registered

- Chronic disease management
