Job summary
A full time permanent Band 5 community nurse post has become available with the North West Community Nursing Team. The team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional and good team worker with the ability to work autonomously.
The role will include a variety of nursing interventions in the patient’s home such as nursing and palliative care.
The successful candidate will need to have good time management skills and be able to organise their daily workload and be a good team player.
Main duties of the job

An induction programme will be devised to ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills and confidence to work autonomously and/or part of a forward thinking dynamic team.
