Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to recruit an assistant practitioner in the Denbighshire Locality. This is a new role working within the district nursing team.The successful applicant will have the Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (level 4) which is an essential qualification to be considered for the role.
Main duties of the job
The district nursing team support and care for those living in the community. This post is an enhanced role which will require a prior set of skills as described in the personal specification. You must be able to travel between patient’s homes within towns and rural areas in a timely manner.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
