Are you a recovery focused and creative mental health nurse who wants to work in a supportive and well established multi-disciplinary team? An opportunity has become available to work at the Bridlington and Driffield Mental Health Team.

This post will be based in Bridlington with expectation to work into Driffield if required. .

Main duties of the job

As a key worker / care coordinator you will provide support and interventions to promote mental health recovery.Establishing therapeutic relationships with service users and their family / carers.
