Job summary

Here at Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust, the Theatres, Anaesthetics, Pre-operative Assessment, and Perioperative Pain (TAPP) Directorate is expanding its clinical education provision. We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Lead Nurse for Education to join our growing team.

If you are a registered (NMC and HCPC) professional with substantial experience in surgical scrub, anaesthetics, and/or recovery, we would love to hear from you.

The post holder will need a strong work ethic, self-awareness, and the ability to recognize their limitations and areas for development. The right candidate should also be able to demonstrate significant involvement in supporting and training staff in clinical practice.

We are looking for someone who is committed to the team, has excellent organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about improving patient care. In return, this role offers opportunities to enhance your perioperative and leadership knowledge and skills.
