Job summary

This is a great opportunity to build your skills in cardiac rehabilitation while supporting people to improve their long-term health. You’ll work as part of a friendly multi-disciplinary team who deliver high-quality cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Your work will help people understand their condition, recover well after a cardiac event and feel more confident in managing their health at home.

What we’re looking for: We welcome newly qualified and experienced nurses who want to develop in cardiac care. You’ll need to be a Registered Adult Nurse with knowledge of cardiology services and evidence-based practice. You should be confident communicating sensitive information, able to work both independently and within a team, and committed to ongoing learning.
