Main duties of the job

We are seeking an experienced clinician to work within Bedfordshire Community Health Services (ELFT) Rapid Response Team as a service manager to join the senior management team and existing service manager. The post holders will work closely with their aligned Deputy Lead Nurse and service to improve, innovate and undertake operational day to day line management of this team.

You will be a strong leader, focused on achieving real improvements in outcomes for patients and will be confident in your ability to support, coach and develop individuals and teams to deliver consistently high quality services. You will be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for specialist nursing.

You will take pride in your work and be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change. Being a collaborative worker and the ability to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders is essential.
