The Community Learning Disability Nurse for the North locality (Cheltenham) Learning Disability Team are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled Community Learning Disability Nurse.

This is a development post open to newly qualified practitioners looking for their first Band 5 role with an opportunity to progress to Band 6. However we would also be keen to consider applications from more experienced Band 5s or those individuals already working at Band 6.

The Community Learning Disability Nurse is a key member of the multi-disciplinary care team and will need experience in community care as the successful candidate will be required to:

You will benefit from working closely with highly experienced and approachable clinicians in the team. In addition to The Trust’s excellent mentorship program we will support you through appraisals, mentoring, clinical and peer supervision.
