We are looking to expand our clinical team and this had led to an exciting opportunityto join our friendly and supportive team at The Rugby Surgery.

We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/paramedic practitioner to join us. The role will require the successful candidate to work in our clinical team providing on the day urgent care as well as routine care. We can be fairly flexible with the hours for this post, but would be looking for 4-8 clinical sessions.

We are happy to support the right candidate to complete an Independent Prescribers Qualification.

The practice is based in Newport, Gwent and is situated close to the city centre and within easy reach of the M4. The practice has a population of just over 10,000 patients.

The current medical team consists of two partners, two salaried GP’s, one ANP, three Practice Nurses, one Health Care Assistant and a Phlebotomist, plus excellent administrative support.

We aim to offer high quality care to our patients and provide an extensive range of services.

High achieving practice with good access outcomes, covering the majority of enhanced services.

EMIS computer system

An informal visit with the team can be arranged on request.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
