Come and join our CQC rated ‘Outstanding’ Trust as a Community Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse for the Windsor and Maidenhead Community Nursing Team.

As a CommunityNursing Sister/Charge Nurse you will manage a clinical caseload under the delegation of the team leader as well as exercising leadership and management of a defined community DN team to ensure good clinical practices and high standards of care are maintained in order to meet service demand. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for further career development, and a strong in-house training programme.

Working within our Community Nursing Team you will support, assess, and treat patients with a variety of health needs, delivering high quality, evidence-based practice. You will have a passion and enthusiasm to care for patients in their own homes.
