Job summary
We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within Surgery, Medicine, Urgent Care and Community Divisions covering the full range of specialties throughout all Health Board sites.
We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to work to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12 hour shift system or on a three shift system.

Main duties of the job
To support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift by shift basis.
To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care
To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team
To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework
