Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be responsible for providing quality care in both Acute and Aged Care settings. This role offers variety and the chance to grow professionally. While the service mainly focuses on Aged Care, you’ll also have the opportunity to assist in Acute Care when needed. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership and support to Enrolled Nurses and liaise with other nursing, medical and allied health professionals to achieve high-quality person-centred care.

Key Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration with no restrictions
  • Acute care experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with older adults and chronic conditions
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Current police check

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for accurate assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and review of patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Actively involve patients in their own care, identifying agreed goals and actions for patient’s treatment and care
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation
  • Evaluation and adjustment of care plans as needed
