Salary: £39,263 to £47,280 a year per annum, pro rata’d if part time

Job summary

This post will support day-to-day supervision for the vaccination workforce in each locality and will be responsible for planning, scheduling and delivery of the vaccination outreach service to address vaccine equity across the ABUHB footprint.

This will involve the use of local intelligence and behavioural insight to improve uptake in hard-to-reach groups of all ages.

The post holder will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for person-centred individual care and the desire to support the teams professional growth at every level.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Registered Nurse, NMC Registration
  • Experience of working within the community

Desirable

  • Previous administration of vaccination

Leadership

Essential

  • Experience of leading/managing a team
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development

Desirable

  • Evidence of teaching
  • Knowledge of Staff management and HR policies

Other

Essential

  • Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner

Desirable

  • Agored Assessor Experience
