This is your opportunity to join our dedicated team at Health & Care Jersey Services and step into a role where you will be at the front of neonatal care supporting babies with a wide range of conditions, guiding families through emotional journeys, and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of safety and support. Our Neonatal Coordinator team of senior neonatal Nurses/Midwives/ODPs/Paramedics makes a lasting difference in the lives of newborns and their families.

Person Specification
Essential
- Proven post registration experience in Neonatal Practice
- Experience of taking the lead with babies with complex needs.
Desirable
- Evidence of leadership, evidence of effective staff coordination, and running a ward/department.
Qualifications
Essential
- – NMC registered – Nursing and / or Midwifery degree / equivalent – Neonatal life support – Neonatal speciality qualification – Safeguarding L3 qualification

- – Clinical skills qualifications e.g. BFI, cannulation & venepuncture – Teaching and assessing qualification – Leadership course
