Job summary

An Exciting opportunity to cover 18 months secondment opportunity within a well established Community COPD service in St Helens delivered by experienced Specialist nursing team , the recruitment process will also consider an internal opportunity to candidates from within our trust for a secondment opportunity with the support of your manager and matron.

To assess, plan, deliver and evaluating evidence-based care for respiratory patients within a community setting.
